Being a small architecture firm has meant that we regularly work long hours to keep our clients satisfied. It has also meant that we spend a great deal of time that we do not have being our own accountant, maintenance crew, and most often our own IT staff. Since we began working with ConnectedNC that has changed dramatically… they have provided us with a wonderful new website, a highly functional server, regularly scheduled data backups, a secure network, off site access and the piece of mind that it will all function properly every day. And when there is an issue, they are extremely responsive and always available. At the end of the day finding ConnectedNC was one of the best things to have happened to our company to date.
