We discussed current problem areas, as well as immediate expectations and possible future expansion. They were very helpful and easy to work with. They designed a cost effective system that focused on my special needs. They even worked weekends and nights to install the new system so my down-time would be minimal. They were available, via telephone, to talk me through some minor debugging issues. The new system works great and I am very pleased.
