I was referred to Connected NC by a relative and scheduled an appointment for them to analyze my existing system. We discussed current problem areas, as well as immediate expectations and possible future expansion. They were very helpful and easy to work with. They designed a cost effective system that focused on my special needs. They even worked weekends and nights to install the new system so my down-time would be minimal. They were available, via telephone, to talk me through some minor debugging issues. The new system works great and I am very pleased.
